Client Testimonial

"Allison has been my private performance training coach for competitive soccer for over 6 years. We added in MAT in the last 2 years, and I highly recommend it! I have seen benefits during season to maintain top performance levels and also as part of an injury recovery/return to sport program. I have experienced many positive results from MAT and my sessions with Allison have definitely helped me to compete at my highest level." - High School Athlete

WHAT IS MAT?

MAT activates and restores the muscular system for optimal function. Using a range of motion assessment helps the practitioner determine what muscles to treat during the session. The body is put through a series of muscle tests to determine if the muscle is shutdown or firing. If the muscle is firing then I move onto the next muscle test. If the muscle is shutdown, then I use a technique called a DFAMAT to activate the muscle and get it firing again. After each muscle is checked, range of motion is evaluated again.

2. Performance Improvements

3. Post-Surgical Assistance

4. Chronic or Acute Injury Intervention

5. Referral from other health care professionals

6. Positive word of mouth from others
